Current Positions

Account Executive

Workshift is looking for a success oriented individual to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling progressively more complex managed services, preferably in the mid-size market. The candidate will have successfully developed business with both new and existing clients. The candidate will have managed clients for long term relationships and repeat business.

Service Desk Technician

This full-time position is a technical support role working with an integrated team of Service Desk technicians, network and server engineers, and IT Managers. The primary objective for this candidate will be to provide first level support for all managed services clients, as well as hands-on desktop repair and upgrades.

Network Field Technician

This position is part of an integrated team of Service Desk technicians, systems engineers, and Client IT Managers. The primary objective for this candidate will be to provide on-site client support.

Systems Engineer

This full-time position is a technical support and proactive service delivery role working with an integrated team of Service Desk technicians, systems engineers, and IT Managers. The primary objective for this candidate will be to provide second level support for all managed services clients, as well as proactive service delivery for all server and network systems.
